I have created a poison that has 37 CONCENTRATED POISON DAMAGE and 47 REGULAR POISON DAMAGE. Can someone explain the difference.

"Concentrated" poison reduces the max HP of the target. It's useful against trolls and enemies that cast healing spells.
Regular poison simply deals damage.
Lingering damage poison deals (listed damage x time) damage at a constant rate over that time. For example, Frostbite Venom deals "5 points damage(sic) to Health and Stamina for 4 seconds" - this is 20 damage over 4 seconds.
