Ok is it just me or does the Khajiit in Morrowind, Oblivion, And Skyrim. are three different Breeds?

There are different breeds of Khajiit. Check out The Imperial Library for more information.

From the Morrowind manual:
"can vary in appearance from nearly elven to the cathay-raht 'jaguar men' to the great Senche-Tiger."

Or, chalk it up to graphical advances.

There are loads of different breeds according to moon phases, but it's definitely just better graphics. The only different ones were Daggerfall. (well and Arena I think?)

One reason why I'm hoping for an Elsweyr DLC or TES: VI is so I can ride the Senche-raht!

I had an oblivion mod that added a colorized mountain lion mount . That was cool. I also messed with the player size of a Khajiit and colored the skin so that I looked like a Cathay Raht.
