Can some one help me with some sort of script that when you do something it will disable your fast travel. Or at least some help on how to disable fast travel through Creation Kit on the whole.

You can also disable fast travel on a cell-by-cell basis in the cell properties.

Right click on your cell in the Cell View Window and say Properties. There is a checkbox for 'Can't fast travel'. This prevents the player from fast travelling while inside your cell.
