No Disappointment?

Okay, well I am wondering, for Fallout New Vegas, nothing BAD happens to New Vegas right? By that I mean, it doesn't like get bombed/over run/burnt down or anything right? Because in videos I've seen about Point Lookout's Calvert Mansion, it explodes and becomes an area that is just ruins. And I think that is kind of a waste because it would be cool to like live in a mansion in the Wasteland for a while. xDD It was definitely one of the areas that fascinate me.

New Vegas COMPLETELY fascinates me with all the buildings and neon and stuff (from videos and pictures I've seen). It just gives it a kind of "Wow!" feeling. So I hope there's not disappointment in New Vegas because I don't want New Vegas to be killed off like Calvert Mansion. xDDD

Thoughts? Answers? Post them! :D

I won't be disappointed by New Vegas, but the ladies in the Gommorrah might be disappointed with me.

If the entire city of Vegas gets blown to hell it will be an endgame thing, no doubt. It is intended to be more than just the Strip, not to mention that it wouldn't make sense to center a game around a place only to have it blown up before it ends.

It fascinates me because in the middle of the wasteland hell, is basically a pre-war oasis.

This.

If Vegas is ever going to be destroyed, it's going to be near the end.

Only way the City Of New Vegas will disappoint me is if it's about as mature as Colin's Bar in Megation. I am hoping it will be more like the Cats Paw/Golden Globes in New Reno. I want Vegas not Branson.

So far New Vegas is not Disappointing me :celebration:

I agree. When I walk into the strip for the first time, I want a smoking, drunk prosttute offering me a good time. Vegas style. :disco:

You just totally made my day.

I wonder if they'll have smokable cigarettes in the game, with some possible stat boost/reduction? (-1 END)
