For some reason I am unable to harvest the blood of the races I need. I do not get the option to harvest. Any one have console commands that would advance this quest? Or another solution for this?

I suspect I mod issue but do not know which one and deactivating them all one by one is not something I want to do. So, any help would be welcome.

That console command advances the quest to the point where the objective is "Bring the blood to Septimus." Hope this helps!
