I need a disguise to get into some area so people wont attack me but I dont know non criminal ways of getting one

I need the White Glove Society Attire so if you know the location of a trader who sells disguises then that would help

You have to pickpocket the armor off of NPC's that are wearing it and replace it with something with greater DT then the armor you're stealing.

He is talking about the White Glove Society but I believe the principle is the same.

EDIT: I thought he said NCR not NPC.

I looted mine from 1 of the 2 White Gloves sent to kill me during the Beyond the Beef quest.

Yeah, you get attacked at one point during the quest, you loot those guys. Another guy that dies later on also provides a disguise.
