DLC Based Around Super Mutants... What Say You?

Post » Sun Feb 27, 2011 4:16 pm

I always enjoyed their presence in the game.

It was extremely fun going up against them in the Original Fallout and the introduction of the Stealth Boy. Their Mini Gun Skills shocked and awwed me.

I would like to see more DLC content that deals with more Super Mutant Interaction, either Friendly or Foe or Companion etc etc

Maybe a Future or Historic setting for their existence

All Feedback and opinions are welcomed with a warm hug

Please be respectful of your fellow Fallout Enthusiasts opinions :)

I find super mutants utterly boring, so I'm gonna give it a 'nay'.

Old World Blues is about the mutated creatures in the wastes so I don't know if it will have any Super Mutant content.

But yes I would. I was disappointed with the lack of Super Mutants in the game.

Yeah, they said they are not going to make a DLC like broken steel.

Super Mutants are fun opponents at first, but in Fallout 3 I got tired of them pretty quick. I'm glad that there are not so many in New Vegas. So i'm going to say no because I think there are much more interesting things to make a DLC of than more Super Mutants.

Super Mutants are steril, know FEV storage location either blown to pieces or mostelly depleted, so they are probably going to disapier from FO

Agreed. They're a dying race, which might not be a bad idea. But they're still a vital part of FO lore and will be missed.

I said yes, but not with them as the adversaries. I liked Jacobstown, Mean Sonofa[censored] in westside was a nice touch, and seeing Marcus again was cool.
But them Being Baddies again. they had 2 games as the antagonists. the remaining SM population is probably sick of the constant fighting, Violence perpetrated against them, and ridicule for being what they are.

Let the Poor guys rest. :P

Can we have one based around Trogs instead?
Or Bloodmen?
Or Lobotomites?
Or Hillfolk?
Or Psykers?

Anything but super mutants! :nope:

I went with no, just to be safe........ If there were a couple in the area I don t see a problem, but Im not sure we need a dlc that revolves around them.

If you had a DLC revolving around super mutants, you'd need a FEV lab as a reason for them to exist. I'm not sure I'd want that. I'd guess we'll see a colony of them in Old World Blues. I'd rather see other types of mutant humans introduced instead of just more super mutants.

Depends on what you mean by super mutants though. Personally, I'd love to see a DLC or Game about what happens when East meets West, and the two different species of Mutant interact.

But Fawkes could take over 400 rounds from Vengence an 52 100 guns 100 repair combat shogun hits before he dies, and only use 1 stimpack.

I was on psycho too. lol

They went from orange to green/purple. Seeing a happy (disgusting) Trog instead would be more welcome.
