DLC On Disc

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 10:12 am

Sorry if this has already been brought up (recently).

Would you like to see DLC on disc again for Fallout: New Vegas, like Bethesda did with Fallout 3? Also, it would do wonders for people who aren't able to be online with their consoles (for whatever reasons that may be) and it would be practical for several reasons; lending to friends, easy to get them back when creating a new Xbox/PS3 account instead of having to download and pay for it a second time.

I voted yes because its always good to have a hardcopy of the game, (or any program for that matter), incase of hardware/software failure. ie; virus wipes out your hard drive, cpu/console just ups and dies for some reason, etc. But I don't think we'll see a disc for the dlcs until a GOTY/Gold edition. From what I understand, the 2 pack dlcs on disc didn't sell all that well, people waited on the GOTY disc.

I personally see no reason why a disc would be necessary. DLC stands for Downloadable Content. I would rather just download it, instead of waiting in line at a store.

I want the Ultimate edition with all the add-ons. No need for those separate add-ons that came on disks.

For people who don't have online.

TC wasn't asking for all future DLC to come out on a disc and nothing else. They wanted it as an alternative for those who can't download it.
