DLC feature idea's

Just wondering what ideas you guys have.
This isn't about creating a story merely features that should be added.

Mine are, 1. Enchanting services
2. Smithing services
3. Expensive items (Houses,Castles,Forts,Boats, buildable towns. etc in the 100k plus range.)
4. Rare unenchanted Robes
5. High Cost spells.
6. Fletching.

I only disagree with two of these.
Rare unenchanted robes, & high cost spells.

I'd rather have some unenchanted robes that didn't look like crap, & were easy to come by. And high cost spells? Spells that work would be nice, why would I want a spell that costs even more mana, if I know casting it really isn't going to do anything in the end?

As for things I, in particular would like to see?
1.Some decent factions, I'd like to be able to join a faction that actually has advancement, as it is I can fall asleep in the lobby, & wake up King of the Werewolves.
2.Bringing back teleportation, instead of pseudo-fast travel though, make it a combat tactic. Short range teleports.
3.More unique items. Especially if they bring back some of the older artifacts.
4.Silver-smithing.
5.Alchemical Bombs? Maybe?
6.New, & useful spells.
7.A dependable mount, for good characters. So far we've got flaming purple demon horse, & undead assassin horse. Bring back the unicorn.
8.More houses, the only one I really care for is Vlindrel Hall.
9.Factions that actually do something. The Vigilants, the Psyjics, even & especially the Thalmor don't actually do anything. They're all just there.
10.Werevultures.

Now granted Dawnguard could concievably take care of about half of these.

Better factions, an upgradeable castle(like in oblivion dlc), and an arena.

Customizable Gear optional stones make magical effects ( Saphire added to armor= frost resist ) depends on what cut of your stone (flawless , or normal
( weopen= frost damage )

And yeah i like the idea of major spells
how bout some aoe spells for multi target situations

like firestorm or blizzard even sand storm just some new stuff
Seems the magic side of skyrim was a lil unfinished in my opinion

Ariel combat :) dragon form or mount

large bosses (game jam video MASSIVE CRAB FTW ) (epic battles)

Enchanting services already exist...or at least one person does them up till you get a certain enchanting level(not sure what)

I know I'm going to get flamed for this, but I'd like to be able to buy multiple houses in towns and rent them out (kind of like in Fable).

But, rather than having an option on the map to collect all rent at once, you have to actually travel to the houses to collect the rent. And maybe sometimes the tenants get angry at how much you're charging and refuse to pay and perhaps...meet you with force!

Also, I'd love to be able to purchase shops/companies and these come with their own quests to help you build the business! Just imagine, with 400 hours in your game, you buy the East Empire Trading Company and in one of the quests, they lose a lot of money due to some tragedy and you have to rebuild them from nothing, delivering items yourself at some points!
