Happened to me to the first time, you need to uninstall Dead Money, go into the Abandoned BoS Bunker, reinstall it an update New Vegas to the latest patch, then proceed with the DLC. When you beat the DLC and get back to the bunker, uninstall the NV patch so you can get back out into the Mojave, but if you want to get back into the bunker, you need to repeat what I said to do before - uninstall Dead Money, go into the Abandoned BoS Bunker, reinstall it an update New Vegas to the latest patch and you can access the DLC vender and Elijah's stuff in the bunker. Oh and you uninstall the path and the DLC by clearing your cache in your xbox memory. Hope this helps
