So I downloaded the Creation Kit, then tried to see what DLC is available on Steam. I'm from the USA, but currently in Europe and I can't even view the store page of Skyrim , DLC is also not available. I get the "OOPS, this content is unavailable in your region".

I mean...even the store page of Skyrim unavalabile, I don't get it. It was working before, even outside of USA, now I don't get any store page for Skyrim, neither any DLC. Anyone knows if suddenly Skyrim became censored in Europe or what??

Did you restart Steam and let it download the update?

I have restarted steam numerous times, and my computer. I get "oops, this content is not available in your region". This comes up for both, the "store page" of Skyrim in Steam, and DLC.
Every game I own (over 30) on Steam the front page and DLC is avialable, only Skyrim won't work.

But did you buy Skyrim in the US? Then maybe you can only download the DLC in the US (region-blabla).
You could try a US-server, maybe that'll help?

I have tried that..still the same. I bought the other games in USA as well, and yet they work fine, for example "Just Cause 2"- works with DLC , same with Mass Effect 2, everything works fine, except Skyrim.
This svcks though..I'm gonna try deleting the .exe file , I'm out of ideas how to fix this.

In top left corner of Steam open the Steam menu and check for Steam updates.
