DLC Possibel clue

Post » Sat Jun 02, 2012 10:54 am

So i foundhttp://www.oxm.co.uk/36328/skyrim-dlc-revealed-morrowinds-solstheim-vvardenfell-and-cyrodiils-imperial-city-found-on-disc/ on a X-Box 360 site .I have got the Pc version but do you think that this could be a foreshadow of some of the DLC that is coming out . what do you think?
This is all speculation of course I am loving the base game at the moment though.

I think that they wanted to make sure that if you climbed to the top of the mountain, there would be something to look at. Nothing more imo.

Ding! 100 points.

They had something similar in Oblivion, you could see something of the surrounding provinces. Don't remember a Morrowind or Skyrim or Black Marsh DLC for Oblivion.

They've just put the roads and gateways in this time so it adds to the feel that the mountains aren't walls that cut off each province.

Could be for many reasons but then, they did say they wanted to do a big expansion instead of DLC. Expanding beyond the borders seems like a pretty good way of doing that and they know how bad we want to see Morrowind again.. Or what is left of it.

I won't hold my breath as we can only guess at this point but its nice to dream. :D

Well it would be nice to venture into Morrowind again but I think it's just so they could see what the scale was to Skyrim, as I think even though cyrrodil is larger on a map Skyrim in the game is a little bit bigger. But I could be wrong.

Solstheim was not a part of Morrowind was it?

Todd Howard said DLC will focus on improving Skyrim rather than adding new land.

Yes. It's part of Vardenfell Island.

On that note the Red Mountain eruption did not destroy Morrowind it only made the island Vardenfell less habitable. And some people seem to forget that Vardenfell is not Morrowind. It's only part of Morrowind. The actual province is much larger and you never really get to go there in TES III. The only time you do is during Tribunal when you're in the capital city Mournhold. And that's only one city out of a hundred.
