In the Game Jam video there were Goblins, which most probably means they'll make an appearance in a future DLC. And doing some extra research in lore, I learned that the Tsaesci of Akavir used the Goblins as slave labor. So, is it a possibility that the Tsaesci will make an appearance?

Hearthfire? maybe. Anything is possible within one's imagination. What's really probable? not so, for it appears to be a long shot in the lore.

Bethesda almost always leave akavir's hints to the backburner. You've got to look really hard to find them. So akaviri related DLC? probably not.

Now in my opinion, a more likely scenario that relates to the Hearthfire title and this feature from GameJam, would be a DLC set in the velothi mountains.
It's near morrowind, where goblins can be located or the title's related book is set in. It can add to giant or dwemer lore. And it can add more on solstheim.

Hell, throw in some werebears for good measure.. and you've got yourself a golden almalexia winner.
