Seems I'm missing someone, possibly several someones, in Camp Mccarran. I can't seem to find Doctor Kemp, or Colonel Farber, though I'm told they reside in Mccarran. Where exactly? Am I missing a zone someplace? I can see a medical tent outside, and a medical area in the concourse, but no Kemp. Help me out here!

Should be in the concourse sitting at the aid station.
