I don't know, but lookign at the reviews, I'd say Must Buy! Though I've been through the forums and saw that they were glitches, so save often and in different files!

Always remember: game forums will be full of negative on launches. Everyone who can play frequently has no need to be on the forum (the relative ratio of players to posters is small). Yet, those with problems will find their way here.

This naturally skews the forums towards those having problems.

TBH you shouldn't be asking anyone here because you won't get a decent answer from anyone; you want someone credible, unbiased, and with the ability to not only play through a game from a neutral standpoint, but to assess the experience on several levels and pick apart the good and bad, what makes it tick, what makes it special, and whether ultimately it's worth playing. Then they need to be able to write out their findings in a coherent and structured way (ideally). No one here will meet any of those standards... All you'll get here is either:

[a] DOOD it's effing siock! BUY now you won't regret!!
OR,
[b] So buggy OMG I got a bug / my friend got a bug / I read about a guy who claimed to have a bug!!!! AUTOMATIC FAIL, guaranteed to be buggy!!! SO it svcks!!!!!

I haven't played it myself yet; that will have to wait until later today or Wednesday. If you still haven't bought it by then I'll do my best to give you my thoughts from an informed and neutral standpoint. In the meantime though I suggest you look at IGN and GameTrailers for their reviews (neither of which are up yet). In my experience, those are the best sites when it comes to meeting my standards, and in general I find that I am very likeminded with their reviews after playing a game myself.

True - according to Steam "STATS", there are > 8,000 people playing FO:NV at this time, and only about a dozen or 2 are having problems and posting on Steam or this website
