I want to make one of a character i use the most lately, but my mobile does not want to upload pictures on my computer for some reason.
Perhaps any other way? My camera is broken...so yeah

Short of buying a 'capture card' (I have no idea what these are - I've simply heard people talk about them) there's no way to take screenshots on the PS3. Which is a shame, because I too am on PS3 and would love to share my screenshots!

the reason its expensive is because it doesnt just take pictures. it records your gameplay and you can edit the footage later on your pc.

There are cheaper capture devices around such as - http://www.dabs.com/products/hauppauge-wintv-usb-live2-usb-2-0-anolog-capture-7FGS.html?src=http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1371239-does-anybody-know-any-other-way-to-make-pictures-of-skyrim-on-a-ps3/15* - that will give good quality results.

Just remember to shop around for a deal and that it is not always true that the more you spend the better quality you get! That said, decide if you really, really need the more expensive item that you will use often or will the cheaper item be adequate for your needs.

*Edit: I use a similar device to record my old family VHS with Windows Live Movie Maker for example.
