I want to know what the minimum system requirements will be, because if they're too high I may hafta buy the game for console instead. They look to be about the same, but then again, I really have no idea

I doubt they'll be much different than FO3.

I can run FO3 on ultra with my machine right now, so I guess I'll be safe getting it for PC, but ti'd still be nice to have an idea what the minim, and recommended system requirements will be

Gosh, yeah. You're fine.
I should be worried if you are, as my machine (I think) can only run it on Medium settings, but I don't really have any concerns about being able to play the game. After all, it isn't a whole lot different from FO3, and I can also run games that are probably even more demanding just fine.

Like francis said, the specs will be virtually identical to FO3, maybe ever-so-slightly higher, but nothing so severe you'd need a new graphics card, especially if you can run it on ultra.

Bethesda will also be releasing the minimum and recommended requirements close to the release date, probably two weeks before the release of the game.
