Does anyone have a hatred for something in Skyrim?

This one hates that Town guard will let Jo'Nyan through as has special message for Jarl, which I did not deliver, why no other Khajiit use this sly ploy to gain entry, hrm?

I hate the UI.

From the map that really doesnt help in pathfinding, from the way things are equiped by selecting them in a long list, that there are only two quickbuttons, I hate that there is no picture of my avatar in the menu and I have to go 3d to see myself..
I hate the lack of stats, I hate that its imposible to see what factions I have joined or what my rank is (not that that last one matters.)
I hate that I have to go into the magic menu to see if Im diseased, I hate there there is no breath meter.

There should be a word beyond hate for what I feel about the quest log. I hate to the power of hate it.

The entire interface seems to be designed with minimalism as the driving goal and I absolutely loathe it.
This is an RPG. People that play RPG's like stats, they like lists and they like to read what they have accomlpished already in a fleshed out quest log.
Yes, yes and yes.

I hate the fact that there seems to be only one underwear shop in the whole of skyrim that sells just one design, There are many styles of armour but not underwear, It's a disgrace.

Oh yes, I despise Ulfric Stormcloak & he is the only reason i go against the Stormcloaks in the civil war.

Most Altmer, since they have such a huge attitude, and bears. Who decided that bears had to make so much noise?

The Thalmor. I haven't started the civil war questline yet, and my choice of sides depends entirely on whatever screws over the Thalmor.

I also hate that I never know if I'll be able to move while casting. Nothing like being around the corner from a target and start queueing a scroll and I find out I can't move. Scrolls take a long time to queue as well. I imagine I'll figure it out eventually.

I also hate Belethor. I know he's ripping me off. Jerk.

...and bears. Who decided that bears had to make so much noise?

Totally! Jesus Christ, those things are louder than dragons.

Everytime you run past an npc without sprinting, they start talking to you and it's always the same. I especially hate the kids..

Nazeem... I cast 'fury' on him and watched with glee as the Whiterun guards bury an axe in his nervous system!. I then hauled his still warm body to the pool beneath dragonsreach and dropped him in!. Now the smug little git can stay in his beloved cloud district until he rots... Mwuhahahahaa ;)

Just the magic system and the loss of Spellmaking.

It peeves me to no end as otherwise Skyrim is pretty decent and an excellent RPG template for future modding. But with no Spellmaking, the template has a gaping hole in it and will permanently contain a fundamental flaw. The support needs to come from Bethesda as it is too large a project to be properly handled by the modding community [it's definitely an OOO level project and few modders would be willing to undertake the endeavor due to the scope of the project] and it needs to be officially supported for DLC and mods down the road.

I'm delighted to see how many of you despise the Forsworn, just like me. I've played this game at a very slow, measured pace; I still haven't been to Solitude or Dawnstar, and I spend my time overwhelmingly in the eastern half of the province. I had barely been to the west at all, and had no dealings with the Forsworn, when one day I was exploring further west than usual and came to a large fort called Sungard. The instant the "Discovered:" message came up, 3 or 4 Forsworn came piling out and attacked me, for absolutely nothing. At that point I was still neutral in the civil war and had no position they could have taken issue with either way, but still they charged. The b@$tards were attacking Allie (my horse, whom I love dearly)! I got off Allie and tried to protect her but I was too slow - nuts as she is, she was fighting back hard instead of running away, and I couldn't save her. I watched in genuine horror as a female Forsworn took a big swing and brought her down. I killed the woman, then the others who'd attacked. Then I went into the fort and killed every single last one of them. Then I loaded my last save to resurrect Allie, rode back to Fort Sungard (leaving her in safe spot out of range), and killed them all again. Now I kill them whenever I can. On that mission where you break out of the silvermines with them, I must have killed at least 4 of them while the rest were distracted handling the Markarth guards. I want to wipe them off the face of Nirn.

I HATE them.

From all the things Skyrim made I really hate only the "HERP DERP I TOOK AN ARROW TO TEH KNEE" retards and the forum lurking morrowind zealots.

forum lurking morrowind zealots.

They we're created by Oblivion, Skyrim just woke them up :teehee:

And Merari is correct about the UI. It's hard to believe that ever looked like a good idea. Maybe they only looked at it, and never tried to use it?

I hate that I have vast stores of wealth . . .and nothing to spend it on. I can't even use it to elevate the status of my fellow Skyrimers- like that old man near the entrance to Solitude, I'd really like to give him a few thousand. Sometimes it's nice to be able to help people, the game shouldn't be all about your character and its glory, imo. Or the orphanage, I'd like to hire a proper caretaker for the children. That old rotten hag had it coming.

I want to be able to make MEANINGFUL investments in stores, steal from people repeatedly and see them go broke, etc. .
In short, I want the economy we were told so much about- and more. But it shall never come to pass, as an economy in a single player game doesn't add much beyond flavor/RP factor, so Beth wont waste time on it. *sigh*

Charus - annoying, surprising and dangerous creatures. I hate them to no end.
Dragons - they're jokes and only an annoyance. I'm almost always ending up with a bounty on my head since the town guard and townspeople always takes the spotlight and walks between the dragon and my blade.
Forsworn - they're always ganging up on me, and they're way too many at the same time. guerrilla warfare isn't always possible either, and it takes time.
Giants killing dragons - it's just stupid. The dragons is supposed to be something to really fear, but if the town guard and wilderness creatures can kill them left and right, what's the point?

Bears. My least favorite enemy from Oblivion returns with a vengeance. Always growling... always hungry... always chasing after me to end my adventure prematurely.

Filthy, mangy, flea bitten meatbags! How I loath them... :flame:
