Does 'Mod Incoming Damage' perk entry affect Critical Damage

The Only way is to try it out, test it in game :tongue:
Create another perk that mod your crit chance to 100..... Happy hunting

*EDIT: Or I think there is a console command that let you mod your crit chance :P
