I'm wondering if I have the necromage perk will my bound weapons kill undead easier?

If youre a Necromage and a Vampire than it will increase aswel but Necromage benefits only Restorative type spells..

No if you happen to be a vampire it might increase the duration as a bound weapon targets yourself.
Nope, if you have necromage you're destruction spells would be more powerful against undead. Reanimation spells can target higher level undead enemies.
