Ugh this is so annoying. I want to know if perception is useless or not.. I've been sitting at the level up screen for like half an hour just trying to figure out if perception is a worthless stat or not and no one knows!

I know for a fact it doesn't affect accuracy in vats but does it increase free aim accuracy? It makes me think it doesn't because if you shoot at something correctly you hit it 99% of the time so like.. ?!???! I just don't know.. but I know it has to increase accuracy because on the starting stat machine at the start it said perception increased accuracy and everyone says it does...

WHY is this so hard to find out..

Stuff it I just went with luck I read somewhere (not sure if it's true or not) that it only increases accuracy by 2% per point. That's chump change, my skill can make up for that 2%.
