like will some quests go away and get wiped off, or will people in skyrim start to look at me and treat me differently?

I mainly want to know if i can still do mjolls quest despite joining with the thieves guild and get her as my follower

No, nothing changes.

Nobody really cares what you do. The only thing that might change are the guards "cat calls". Like when I joined the Dark Brotherhood, a guard was like "pst, pst, I know who you are..." LOLOLOL

I wish that my actions would have greater consequences though.
