So does Skyrim still crash/freeze on xbox 360 after patch 1.5?

also did anyone start a new game on skyrim after patch 1.5? and if so do you still get Game crashes that make you restart you're xbox by pushing the power button on the system?please respond I really wanna play now with no crashes.Thanks People.
