When I enter the police station the cell that should hold Dog is empty. I completed all my tasks in the police station including playing the tape net to the empty cell. The only thing left for me to do was recruit Dog, but I could not find him. My quest arrow points me back to the fountain, but he is not there. I went back to an old save from before I entered the police station and my arrow still points me back to fountain. I talked to Elijah until he wouldn't talk anymore without telling me gather the companions. I recruited Christine with no problem (just to see if I could) , so what's the deal with Dog?

the answer is that this dlc svcks the big one, not in the form of its content or entertainment but in its numerous glitches/bugs which makes it impossible to complete for you, me, and the rest (or larger portion) of the gaming community. I say we all demand a refund if this next patch does'nt do the trick
