Doing Restoring Hope

Doing Helios one mission Restoring Hope...cant find or do the mission. im at Helios one but I cant seem to find the person I need to talk too...

by the way...3 NCR Troopers dead in front of Helios one.

ouch. those dead ncr are the ones you need to speak with.

the lost patrol is in between helios and forlorn so maybe you can find them...
