Done with Skyrim. Gone back to Oblivion (until DLC)

Post » Thu Jun 14, 2012 1:20 am

Who else Is playing oblivion still? I'm done with skyrim and went back to oblivion. I don't know why but I never seem to get tired of oblivion. Who agrees?

I love Oblivion also. Never have gotten sick of it. Could play that forever.

I dunno. I enjoyed it, but was almost relieved to finish it. If that makes sense.

I started an LP on Oblivion a few days ago, I forgot how fun it was, still finding new stuff to this day.

I've gotten so used to Skyrim's non-stuttering and non-crashing engine that i doubt i can ever go back :hehe:

This. I loved Oblivion, and played it more than I would care to admit. But I don't want to have to get used to dealing with the inevitable crashing again. Plus, the intimidating prospect of reacquiring all the necessary mods and rebuilding my game is a little more daunting than I have the stomach for.

That's a problem when you mod it heavily. Problem is that you need to mod Oblivion heavily :hehe:

hm, im still going to go along with vanilla but only mod the visuals to make it much more on par with gorgeos scenery

i just want to mod the dam visuals and landscapes, nothing more... or will that still stutter?

It is a nice break from all the hoopla going on in Skyrim. I am still discovering new stuff and POI around Cyrodiil!
