i must admit to loving doom 64.it is one of the best doom games in the series (actually think it's better than doom 3),in my opinion.the graphics (for the time) really enhanced the doom series,and the ambient music added a great atmosphere to the game also.the enemies in the game looked fantastic. (just my opinion though) a lot of people wouldn't even mention doom 64 when talking about the doom games (don't consider it a proper doom game).i just wondered why? what are your views on the game?
