By face? Try playing around with the character creation.

By clothing? Hmm, depends if you are roleplaying that Ezio dyed his clothes

I think he wants the whole package. Like it was said, play with the creation. It wont look just like him but im sure you can get a TES equivelant. Youll have to find all the hoods and stealth armors to see what gives bim that grey effect from ACR.

Race: Imperial
Armor: Thalmor Robes
Facial Hair: Go four back from the very end.

That is all I can think of to make him look the most like Ezio without trying for hours at the creation screen.
