Ok, I'm at the part where I have to use the dragon call to summon Anduin's ally to be trapped. I stand on the deck of dragonreach and use the shout. Nothing happens. The jarl is there and says they are ready. I tried 100x, no dragon comes.

What am I missing?

Are you saying the whole shout or just pressing the shout button and saying just "Od"?

Gotta hold the button down through the shout not just tap it.

Oh, let me try holding it down. I thought I did that though.
