Dragon Shout not activating. : V

So Ysgramor's Tomb has a shout, but when I went to it it played the sound for getting it but I didn't learn it, wtf?

Is it in your list of shouts? Go to the magic menu, in the shouts section, and see if it is there. Remember, you need to use a dragon soul to unlock it.

If you are on PC you can fix it with a console command. Otherwise you can really only reload from an earlier save or try coming back when the area resets, which should be 30 days.
