earlier in the game i killed this dragon at one of the locations on the map where its a dragon head. i am now lvl 32 and i notice a dragon comin from the same place after i killed it took awhile..he didnt turn into bones or give me a dragon soul wtf? has any1 experience this

this is a very common bug for many people

If you are on a PC there is a mod that fixes it

This is not a bug. Dragons that respawn at word walls will not provide souls again, only the initial one.
