Dragons in new world spaces

Post » Mon Jun 18, 2012 9:48 pm

When i create a new world space and insert a dragon the dragon doesn't know where the floor is and where all other objects or landscape is. Just flies through them. I know that for the dragon to land there needs to be a navmesh area large enough for the dragon to land, what needs to be generated for the dragon to know not to fly through walls and floor?.
Thanks.

I THINK you need to set occlusioncubes around stuff. (select the item and click the O in a box on the upper part of the screen.) I've not seenmy dragons fly through my buildings since... but I've not studied it for a long time.

Youcan try it though it's easily done.

I'll give it a go. I have been looking at the way bethesda have done it and there seems to be no visible anything stopping them. Do they fly through the floor for you?.
