If i drink enough skooma will i turn into a zombie

Post » Sat Jun 09, 2012 6:29 pm

I remember in Morrowind they said that drinking skooma turns you into a zombie, but it couldn't actually happen to a player...so i was wondering if this could happen in Skyrim.

Skooma is just a Stamina potion now.

And that was just anti-drug propaganda.

Skooma used to be a debilitating drug, permanent intelligence damage. Now, with just +25 stamina, it's the new Viagra.

They lost the original recipe two hundred years ago at Red Mountain. Now what we have is a cheap conterfeit trying to pass as Skooma.

Who said so in Morrowind? Probably one of the Temples.
And I'll cry if you say someone from Suran said so.

Anyway, Skooma is the lamest drug ever. Same with Moonsugar, it's supposed to be illegal but no one complains if you use it or drink Skooma in the middle of the street.
And the effect? :yuck:

Yes, Moonsugar and Skooma are illegal, that's why only evil characters and Khajiits sell them.

And how are people supposed to know your drinking Skooma, hell, in Oblivion it was the same bottle as any other potion.

Effects? What type of effects do you want in a GAME.

Effects? How about like earlier, more in Strength, Endurance and Speed, and less in Agility and Intelligence. Was a way to stimulate a drugged energy. (hard to do without real attributes though)
Also they have the system from Fallout 3, with the chems. They are great consumables, giving more AP, Speed and such. But, they are addictive, and you suffer penalties for not taking for a long time once you get addicted. Why not use something like tthis?
Or simply like EpicFail said above, the Felldew had something like this.

And Skooma is supposed to be a drug, people would at least think it was weird if you ran about hallucinating, maybe even check you.

Felldew from Oblivion S.I. was the best tes drug of all. It gave you a really trippy visual effect that was quite neat, and you could od on it if you take to much.

We got so many of them that it's a daily view.
But they are all kind of "un-normal" yes.

Typical...they've cut it with glucose and turned it into an energy drink.

I was also thinking there must be some hidden, bad long-term effect that you only realize after you have used it a lot. But too bad to hear it is simply a stamina potion.

If you used too much skooma in Morrowind you would run so fast that you could actually run through the landscape. Most of the time you would get stuck half way through a hill or something. Funny as hell when it happened.

Skooma in Oblivion came in a little white bottle. Looked like a Tylenol container.

One time I did shrooms and the same thing happened.

Skooma shouldn't be illigeal in Skyrim! It is no drug, just a potion like all the other ;)

That's what it's always been.

And anyone saying Skooma and Moon Sugar are illegal/evil/immoral are racist, religion-oppressing bastards.

Skooma is bad news, Moon Sugar isn't. At least from a khajiits perspective.
