If I dual cast a conjured bow will it be more powerful.

I would like to know before I spend a perk point in it.

It makes the conjured create last longer, I believe. I don't think it has any attack or defense boosts, but the timer for it is twice as long.

I never bother with it. My resurrected or summoned beasties tend to die before that happens.

No, I don't think so. Not sure though...

It will last longer. It wont be more powerful.
The Construction Set only has 2 bows. Bound, and Mythic Bound.
No dual casted bow.

Dual casting any conjuration spell only extends the duration, I think you have to invest in bound weapons perks to increase there stats and abilities.

No, but:

The Conjuration perk Mystic Binding makes bound weapons more powerful. Not sure how much though.
The Apparel of Minor - Peerless Archery enchantment on items such as circlets and rings makes the bow do more damage. For example, Ring of Peerless Archery will allow your bow to do 40% more damage.
You can also use a Fortify Marksman potion, and apply a poison to your Bound Bow.
