I have been finding seemingly random duffel bags across the Wasteland filled with better than average loot. Anyone else found these? Locations?

Yes. There's one off a huge cliff sorta close to Jacobstown.

It contained Mec. 2 Armor/Hemlet! And a suprisely good amount of ammo. Worth around ~3500bcs. There were some dead bodies next to it so I'm ammusing they fell down the cliff? The duffle bag was surround by crazodies, however. Quite annoying, but I only accidently passed by and took all of them out.
