My argonian is at 150% disease restance and a warewolf, if I get ried of the wearewolf can i become a vampire?

How to get rid of your werewolf curse? You have to complete the Companions questline after that:

You will need some Glenmoril Witch Heads. After that, do some quest for Farkas and Vilkas (doesn't matter which one) and they will then talk about how they no longer want to be a Werewolf. This will start the Purification quest. Go back to Ysgramor's Tomb and cure him of his curse like you did with Kodlak Whitemane, by using the Witch head. You will also be able to cure yourself of it, if you have another Witch head.

If you're talking about being a Vampire Lord from Dawnguard (this is still another way to get rid of your Werewolf curse and become a vampire):

You can go through the questline of the DLC and eventually be offered to turn into a Vampire Lord, this will make you a full Vampire, and no longer a Werewolf.
