do dungeons and bandit/giant camps respawn so i can revisit them when i killed then

through my several playthroughs all or most areas respawn (food, ingrediants, cests and loot.) but I found that for giants when you kill them, they be dead for good.

i actually searched for info on Giants respawning. Supposedly they do, but it's few and far between.

When i go on a giant killing spree, it seems i never, find them again in their spots, and maybe, once in a year, find them walking a path or something. They are supposed to respawn to there areas, is what i read, but maybe it was bad info.

Dragons respawn, as do bandits, but for some reason giants and their wooly friends don't, or don't very often.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the time frame is 30 in-game days.

I haven't killed enough giants in game to know if they respawn at their camps. I've been fighting them and my new build is only level 9. It creates a challenge.

Its takes 10-30days (Its seems to vary)

(On ps3, you can clear Game data, and reinstall to restore some areas)

Few things to note.
Some Gaints respawn, some do not. (as you are close to camp and the 30day timer reset)
On Ps3, after 10-30days when you enter a area. It'll reset (minus a few oddites)

One oddity, You reenter a area you cleared. The Ore Node "looks" brand new, but can't be clicked.(bandits are also back) If you exit again, and reenter. The node will work.
