First money is the least of your concerns then leveling enchanting, enchant iron daggers or other junk weapons with turn undead, absorb health and best of all the 1900 gold banish, look for weapons with this enchants then selling to blacksmiths or general traders. Get the transmute spell and smith jewelry with the gems you find to sell to the wizards in exchange of gems.
For real fast leveling just fast travel between cities, buy gems and junk weapons or materials to make them, enchant, sell and move on, do quest dungeons to fill them up.
Pretty much this, although you may have to visit all the smiths several times to find a weapon with Banish on it to get started with. When you do find one buy it no matter how much you have to spend to get it; you'll make that back dozens of times over, if not more, from selling the enchanted weapons you then craft. It doesn't matter if the magnitude is low, since 1) you'll be selling in bulk anyway, and 2) the enchantment is just
that valuable due to the effect's casting cost.
As an alternative you can sell gauntlets and helmets with weapon skill Fortify effects; these are fairly valuable in their own right, only need a little more material than daggers, and will be a bit easier to sell since stronger Banish enchantments will make the items worth more than the vendor can pay unless you buy out their crafting supplies in the process. These effects are also considerably easier to find, which can save some time by cutting out the need to vendor-scum.
