Dwarfen Dagger in Display : V

I know theres a Dwarfen Dagger that you can get early on, its in a locked Display somewhere but cant find it anymore. I thought its in Jorvaskarr but its not, theres a Elven Bow and a Dwarfen Great Sword though and in Dragonreach i could find a Elven Sword.

But wheres the damn Dagger? I would love to steal it for my Level 7 Khajit.

Thats it, i totally forgot about the Museum. Thanks alot for the Answer. Must have been the place where i saw it, it has lots of locked Displays. I went there to level up my lockpicking on another Character.

Are there any other place wort a visit for stealing Weapons?
