94 dwemer ingots from only one ruin!

If something should be nerfed, it is this, I guess.

I dont understand what you mean. What about 94 dwarven ingots warrants a "nerf"? Are you sure you know what nerf means in this lexicon?

Why? That's like asking for a nerf in the gold mine.

Explain, please. I meant reducing the ingot output per one dwemer junk item found. What did you understand?

You think.

I used the cheat to prevent me being overburdened and got 246 ingots in total from Dwemer items in the ruin under Markath alone.

Woah- ESL?

Oh- and to continue this thread's mastery:

68 mountain flowers picked between helgen and riverwood. If anything needs a nerf, it is this abundance of flowers, i guess...

Yes, lets remove anything that gives people freedom of choice in the game or that makes anything remotely less grindy. Only then can Skyrim be fun.

Now you're on the trolley! Now just comment on how balance isnt perfect for -your- specific abilities and tastes. Then you will be a forum jedi. :)

Mmmm... Dwemer material is much more abundant than even leather. I don't see how the fun be restricted, unless you do 40 dwemer bows after every ruin. I really do not care whether the dwemer smelting will be nerfed or not, but this may just bring balance to the game, seing how they weakened smithing in general.

It's really easy to get dwemer ingots from all over the ruins. So many spare parts lying across the floor that can be salvaged into dwemer ingots. The only setback is that before you salvage them, they take 10-50g of space.

Are you upset about something? Stop posting nonsense irrelevant to the topic or go somewhere else if you want to discuss personalities or English vocabulary, goddamit.

No one is upset, except maybe the one swearing.. I have posted once to counterpoint the silly premise of your thread, once becase i dont think you know what nerf means, and i replied/quoted directly a person who shares my opinion. You arent in charge of the thread, so deal with it.

Late edit: i should have listed my posts in order just now so as not to confuse you, the "counter" was my sarcastic comment about the flowers near helgen. Maybe i shouldnt have called it a counterpoint though, because there was no point to counter.

You know, i bet this is all just an e.s.l. disconnect, so ill leave this topic be. Have a good one.

Was this your counterpoint to my silly arguments? -

I see you well described yourself, heh. I suggest you go and look up the meaning of the word counterpoint at the same time when you will look for the meaning of nerf. A counterpoint is always welcome, btw.

You are right. It is better than a gold mine, and way better than jewelry making. I just think that producing dwemer bows from the huge amount of available ingots nullifies all their attempts to balance smithing and stuff. But it is fine, afaic. Yet another way to get smithing 100 in no time + getting filthy rich in the process.

Hey, I was not asking for a nerf. I don't care. I was a bit surprised by the overwhelming amount of wealth coming from dwemer ruins, and was wondering why did they weaken (for Udey) smithing but left huge amount of material available (or left the conversion rate untouched), which nullifies all their tweaking. That is all.
