Dwemer Skeletion in Mzulft

Post » Sat Jun 02, 2012 4:52 am

hey everyone I came across this Mzulft, and when I first looked at it I thought the skeleton was shaped kinda funny, but then looking at the size of the hands and fore arms I realized that this is a Dwemer Skeleton. The size of the skeleton fits the size of the bed perfectly.

Its in the first room with a master lock on it inside the main Mzulft, anyways after playing around and raggin one of the dead mages body and comparing the too, seem the dark elf chick was right that the dwemer are actually just a little shorter than the other man races.

I saw that earlier today but wasn't sure if it was a Dwemer skeleton or something else. It's interesting.

The problem is Dwemer aren't any shorter then other elves. Maybe it was a child? O_O

i imagine that without muscles and things, a skeleton would be shorter in death. Not a doctor, just speculating.

An interesting find, I'll check it out myself. Maybe there are more skeletons scattered around in the Dwemer ruins?

Hmm... Weird, the dwemer DISAPPEARED from EXISTANCE, they didn't just die.. Everything that is dwemer(made of meat and bones, that is) Was REMOVED from existance... So i doubt this is a Dwemer skeleton..

well, it may have been another Dwemer who escaped the Event, like that diseased one in Morrowind. Unlikely, but possible.

I'm sure there were Dwemer who died before the 'extinction event'. The thing is, that was a very long time ago and most bodies would have decomposed without preservation methods (as with the draugr).

The corpses would have disappeared as well since they are also dwemer...

Tribunal shows us that some Dwemer got turned to ash

There is no real consistant affect for the Dwemer disappearing.

If Mournhold Dwemer can get turned to ash I could easily see some skyrim Dwemer getting all their flesh blown off their skeleton or something.

They are called Dwarves because of the Giants. They used to live together with Giants, and the Giants called them Dwarves because they were dwarves compared to them.

Not a doctor either but in terms of height it doesn't make sense if the difference is too great. Only fleshy areas that would affect height are the top of your craniun, where there's only skin and a little flesh, and the bottom of your feet which is a bit meatier, but not much.

I think it was only the living Dwemer who got to go wherever the Dwemer went.
