Maybe there is another topic like this, but, in this topic, i will show you my tips to get Lvl 81, 100 Skill, From the begining of the game, with any Races.
1. There isn't another program to do this glitch / exploit
2. Yes, it doesn't make you better at playing game, so, if you want to really playing skyrim, leave this topic, dont angry at me.
3. This topic is for the user who want to be a FAST BEING A GOD at skyrim.
4. At the level 81, with daedric armor, you can beat a Acient Dragon by 2 Dragonrend and 1 sword. So it does very easy.
5. Currently im using a Xbox 360 to play this game, so i don't know anything about mod

1. Part One

Make your own character, I mean ANY CHARACTER. You want a high elves? Anything.

Then, go follow HADVARD

Because the D?iscerning the Transmundane Quest, has a Level limitation (Minimum Level : 15)

I suggest you to make the difficulty to Novice, to make it faster.
It is a Exploit after all...

I suggest you again, to use a Left hand Fire, and Right hand Sword / Axe / Mace. Because, the at the begining, the fire + one handed is very useful to kill the draugh

After you follow Hadvard, stop until you find a BEAR, yes... Maybe you already know it, the Sneaking level Glitch.

After Hadvard crouching... Pull out your weapon, Crouch, and go to the back of the Hadvard, Stab him... dont worry, he will not die, he will not attack you.

Sometimes the sneak attack only does 1 times. The solution: Exit your crouch, talk to hadvard to make him stand up. After that you crouch again, wait until hadvard crouch, stab him... and it will be sneak attack again. Do it until you reach level 15. Or if you want to gain a level with another way, it is up to you.

But as i know, the fastest way to reach 15 is this glitch (I did it 4 times, and my fastest time was 24 Minutes)
A Real Game (No Glitch) Reach 15 = 50 Hours ++

For a better character building. At Novice difficulty, you will not need a single PERK to complete the Quest. So... Save your perks!

After you reach level 15
Go out, and continue to the main quest until reach Riverwood

FYI: Level 15 best armor is : Dwarven . Yes, your armor just an Imperial, Steel, Iron. So the FOLLOWER Are the best weapon.

So... after you reach riverwood, Wait until night, and STEAL THE ARMOR FROM THE BLACKSMITH
With your high sneak skill, you will steal it easy. Then... Talk to SVEN and complete his mini quest. After that make him your followers. Give him your imperial armor

Then, dont go to the whiterun yet, for the quicker time, go to the Riverwood trader, and start the GOLDEN CLAW Quest.
Go with faendal to the Bleak Falls Barrow. Cleared it, and you will get golden claws + Dragonstone.

After that, bring your golden claws back, or for the quicker time, go straight to Dragonreach at Whiterun to talk with the JARL

talk with him, until you must talk to Farenger. Yes he will give you the quest to get a dragonstone... but... you already have it, give it to him.
Talk to the jarl and get your present (3 times gameplay at this level i got Dwarven Armor)
Use that..

You doesnt have any better armor / weapon.. so at the Dragon Rising quest, it best to stay away, and bow it.. until the dragon fall down, with the distraction from your Followers / Whiterun guard, kill the dragon

back to the jarl (at this time, you had spend maybe... 1,25 hours) and get your present (Whiterun Axe)
get your armor / items from your follower, and kick him... (make him leave)

You get.. the best (For me) follower, the prettiest (for me) Follower ever...LYDIA
Ldia will be very helpful at the next quest to get your Oghma Infinium.

PART 3

After you get Lydia, go to the winterhold
go to the northeast from college of winterhold, to find SEPTIMUS SIGNUS OUTPOST

Talk to him, and do his quest... this is the most horrifying Quest ever for the level 15 --> 16

A very very deep dungeon, Falmers, Dwarven spider, and many dwarven thing (including the robot)

But...

with your dwarven armor, and any find-able weapon and armor,, i succeed this quest 3 times without any single perk.

You will get the elderscrool...

maybe it will takes 15-->30 hours to complete this quest

but if you play with looting, and finding every chest, door, place... you will make it more than 1 hours...

After you bring back the "CUBE" to the Septimus, he will make you to do the PART 2 of the quest.

you will need to find a BLOOD from a several races.

Dont worry... i did this 10 minutes... Yes.. i did...

Go outside the outpost

OH YEAH... you will find HERMAEUS MORA. Any answer will do nothing at all... so just answer it, and skip it.

Go to the SOLITUDE

And go to the LIAR'S RETREAT southwest from Solitude.

At liars retreat, you will find a bunch of bandit and armor... just clear it...

you will notice the only blood you need is HIGH ELVES

to find that, fast travel to GUARDIAN STONE near Riverwood.
Go to the track that leads you to the helgen... and you will find a road that leads you up, and there are 2 dead bodies. One of them... it will be the HIGH ELVES

Gathered all the bloods?
Back to septimus... clear the quest, get the book... the damn book...

With your findable armor / weapon / gems

you will notice you had a bunch of money

i did this 3 times, and i always have more than 5000 gold after this quest

buy a House at whiterun.

and upgrade the ALCHEMY Room.

use go to that Alchemy room, there is a Bookshelf.

this is the MAIN GLITCH EVER

best to save at this place, because 1 wrong = The book is gone

First. select the bookshelf, and locate your Oghma Infinium book... READ THE BOOK, and select a PATH.
After that, STORE the book to the bookshelf, and exit the bookshelf.

you will notice the oghma infinium still at the Bookshelf. But without the glitch, the book will be gone if you select a path.
so without the bookshelf you will not complete the glich

some people can do with some storage... but i dont know about that. For me.. the book shelf is easy enough
Then...

Select the book from the bookshelf, DO NOT READ IT! and take the book

After that, select the bookshelf, and do it again just like before again and again...


I did it to 100 skill, 81 level in 20 minutes.

after that... there is no after that...

use your rest of the money to build some armor / weapon.
build your PERKS, to make your character
it will be best to buy a house with a glitch to...

then...

you have yourself in 3 hours A GOD CHARACTER in SKYRIM

even Alduin doesnt dare to look at you

Ah... the Oghma Infinium glitch. Yeah... that one's gone cOLD by now. Yes it does make you a God, but it takes all of the fun out of the game. Suggested only for those who want to see what a character at the utmost, maximum level can do. Not suggested if you actually like playing the game.

this is the glitch if you want to check all the perks of the game

"is the 100 Enchanting perk usefull??" Do that with normal game...

Open console. Become god. 1 minute.

Lol, I have that book. I put it on the corner table in the basemant of Honeyside. Left Aela there and took Iona out for some adventures. Came back a couple of days later to find Aela sitting in the chair next to the table.... with the Oghma Infinium open beside her!

The Oghma Infinium makes power leveling sneak pointless except for getting to level 15, focus only on how fast you can get it, yes you has to be level 15 things goes easier with Lydia so recruiting her might be cost effective.
How to gather the blood is nice to know,
Remember to do an hard save with the book so you can test out different builds,.

What builds? lmao Builds become pointless when you can have a 100 in every single Skill in less than 1 hour!!!

The Oghma is supposed to be a one-use item. Yes, the glitch will make you a God, but why? The game holds zero challenge after that, everything can be one-shot, and you never fail at anything. That might be fun for five minutes or so but I'd find it superbly boring after that.

I did try the glitch once it was first posted, and I got to level 72 in about five minutes using the bookshelf glitch. I went out on a single dungeon crawl with my new Deity of Murder (my assassin), and it svcked. Even with 20 something level equipment (Elven Dagger are a good example), I was one-shotting Draugr Deathlords. I deleted that character shortly therafter.

The glitch briings your character ultimate power, but at what cost? Having an actual character concept is pointless as you have a 100 in every Skill. You are equally good at everything, and there is no challenge to the game. There is nothing to work for or to look forward to if the glitch is utilized.

I love the Elder Scrolls series, and I love playing Skyrim too much to do that again. My current Assassin has gotten the Infinium, but he read it once (as it is intended to be used) and now it sits abandoned on his bookshelf in Breezehome. I refuse to touch it again. I need challenge in my games, I need something to work for. I need my character to be constantly striving for that next level, to actually have to be worried that whatever is around the next corner might actually have a chance of hurting or killing my character, which makes me work that much harder to make sure he is a good at what he does as I possibly can. That's where the fun is.

In reference, I don't see the point in utilizing the Oghma Infinium glitch when all it does is break/ruin/spoil the game. Yes you get to see a completely maxed out character, but why? It's not like said character can actually be [i]played... there's nothing left for him to do.
