To easy

I really like Skyrim, but where is the challenge? Im now a lvl 70 fighter/thief type class, and I can destroy anything I come across. I wish they can create a monster system like in D&D, even at high lvl's you could get you ass kicked by things.

Another thing, Dragons!!, I should have one hell of a time killing these things. I would have gave them tons of hitpoints and alot better AI.

The game for me after lvl 30 pretty much was the end of any challenge for me.

I give Bethesda A+ for looks, and a C for gameplay, I think they got in over there heads on this one.

Try going back to iron weapons and fur armor. I do agree with the dragons though, they should be much harder to kill.

If you truly want the game to be difficult you will find ways to make it so.

Hej thats so true. Word! And here I got another one:
Start a new game. Play at beginning on master, http://skyrim.rpg-mods.com/mods-downloads/viewdownload/8-gameplay-change-mods/89-health-regeneration-permanently-disabling. Then you wont be able to cheat skill up your character so fast, the game will be more fun.

I sneak around a lot, and for me, the challenge comes from trying to stay undetected, and stealthily kill enemies without alerting the others. That challenge never goes away

Well, part of it is that, while the game lets you level up to 81, it's only designed around a max level of 50. Stuff doesn't get any harder after that, while you keep getting stronger. (Doesn't help with the part where you felt too strong at 30, of course.)

When the game heals your character for you, you tend to rush into things as you know you can recover. Having to manage your health slows you down and makes you take time and tactics to apply to a situation. Plus, you tend to work on non combat skills (Restoration, Enchanting and Alchemy) so the enemies get stronger but your combat skills do not increase as fast.

If you are on PC:
1. Grab PISE from Skyrim Nexus (and balanced magic if you plan on being a mage, otherwise you will get dominated).
2. Use the more intense level scaling optional ESP that comes with PISE itself to make it even harder
3. Don't use more than 1 crafting skill
4. Master from level 1.

Good luck.

This, I never use higher then steel upgraded with smiting, Everything else literally breaks the game, You can become way too over powered easily, taking the fun out of fighting.

Download the PISE mod with intense level scaling, deadly dragons hardcoe, War in Skyrim II golden age, and start a new character on master difficulty.

I've been doing it on the side.

If a fight seems too hard, just hope that you can run away.

A game really loses the fun factor if you are guaranteed to win every battle you come across.

It's a lot more rewarding if you can survive a fight you can lose.

If most people on PC would use all these mods on master, they would stop complaining about it being too easy. War In Skyrim II + PISE intense level scaling makes me want to cry at times...but the challenge is great fun (except for the time I ran into a draugr scourge at level 5. Had to run like hell).

I'm 63, have dragonscale with all the basic light armor perks, archery, smithing, enchanting and sneak to the max and things have been extremely easy on Master. Kind of dissapointed because there's so many quests I still haven't finished but none of them give me anything I can use anymore.

But there's still a challenge in playing styles your not used to, like wearing cloth armor and using magic makes things hard as [censored] since I don't normally do it.
