Effect of some food say e.g. +1HP(5s), what does that mean? Gain 1HP after 5s or gain 1HP every 5s?

Sorry for all the questions, the user manual is so short that it doesn't provide any useful info. I wanna buy the collector's edition but it's not available locally. But again, I don't understand why I need to buy the collector's edition for a complete manual. When I bought FO2 a little more than 10 years ago (I think), it came with a very nicely printed manual with around 300 pages. I miss that kind of manual. :cryvaultboy:

You can 1HP every second for 5 seconds. So you gain 5HP over 5 seconds.
