I have tried to upgrade to the latest version of this great mod but I am encountering two problems. (I have left a message for the author at the Nexus as well)

• When I remove the old version and install the new one via NMM I get a message that SKSE is not installed and mod will not launch. When I run getSKSEversion the game confirms that I do have SKSE 1.1.14 and it is running fine.
  
• When I try to run the game with the old version uninstalled in order to make a clean save as per the ReadMe the game crashes just after the rolling thunder Bethesda Logo. It doesn't get to the Skyrim sign at the main menu.
  
• When I reload the old version into NMM the game runs fin

Any help please would be greatly appreciated.

Glad you sorted that out, though. I should probably clarify that you need the current beta version of SKSE, as that is the one that contains the Papyrus functionality.
