Basically, I just want to edit the amount of money that merchants have on hand and that caravan players will gamble with. I thought I'd start with No-Bark because that guy is loaded, however I don't see anything in his actor data that indicates how many caps he has on him or how much he's will to gamble on Caravan. Can anyone tell me where to find this? Thanks.
