How do you give elijah's holotape to veronica, it's in misc so I can't figure out how to give it away.

Never mind it was in the "talk to veronica" menu right after I came back and started traveling with her. Main menu first thing.

I tried that. I got no option to talk about Elijah except the old dialog from when I first met her. No perk. Argh.

Ok I got you. I really wanted to get out of the dlc so I kinda rushed. Go back to the abandoned bunker with veronica after clearing the dlc and mess around, check the pc and stuff and then come out, when you come out quick travel somewhere (you don't need to quick travel you should have the option but quick travel just to make sure) and tell her you want to have a conversation and it should be on the first menu after selecting to talk to her.

If you've already used Veronica extensively before installing the DLC, be sure to go through her personal topics about Elijah again. It seems that the prerequisite trigger in her conversation was added by the DLC itself, since the new option didn't show up for me until after I repeated those dialogues. After that, "I found Elijah" shows up on her main topics list.
