Can anyone tell me what Father Elijah's message for Veronica is, and what her reactions to the options are? The Fallout wiki doesn't have them, and since pretty much all of the DLC has already been spoiled thanks to 360 exclusivity (I'm a PC player and I'm not about to reward Bethesda's behavior by going out and paying for a new gaming console AND a second copy of a game I already bought full-price,) I want to know the only thing that really interests me.

I don't think that you can actually see what it says. Veronica looks disapointed and sad after reading it saying that it basically just said goodbye but then finds some kind of message in it that makes her better at unarmed so she attackes faster and I believe crits more often or more powerful.(not sure which)

How do you use or give her the holograph? Do you need to of given her the dress in order for her to read the holograph?

Ask her to tell you about herself. Ask her about Elijah. Ask her where he is now.

Then, exit dialogue. Talk to her again- there will be new option: "I found Elijah"
