If you kill enough will the faction disappear from the game, or lose influence? Or do they just respawn forever?
I seem to have got Caesar....ummm...Ceasar?....a bit annoyed at me.

I wiped out the entire population of The Fort (Except the slaves) and they respawned... Except for Caesar.

Depends on where. Many locations can be completely eliminated and won't respawn.

Thanks...I figured that would happen, I was wondering if there is a loss of influence also, can you drag one down or prop another up. Just have to find out the old fashioned way.... :flamethrower:

If u do the Wild Card Quests u can u get the option to destroy the small factions such as the BOS, Great Kahns,The Omerata's etc
