Yea you get quite a few chances to get some, over 5 of them I believe, but once you finish the quest line there gone so make sure you get your fill.

You start with the emperor's new clothes when you begin the game =P

They actually don't go away. The Emperor's ship stays docked for the rest of the game and there's a pair in the Emperor's bedroom on the ship. I know this because I just went back and got them after having finished the DB a very long time ago.

I dont know if it happens all the time but when i was doing the missions for the thieves guild i was able to get some in the East Empire company warehouse. When i was checking the shelves i noticed there was 1 or 2 there ofc i grabbed them and stashed in my Solitude house :biggrin:
